Upstairs, you’ll find three calming bedrooms—each with either an en-suite or adjacent bathroom—designed in soft, neutral tones. The top floor offers a standout feature: a tranquil living area with a sunken spa bath and bi-folding doors that open onto a west-facing terrace, where you can soak up views of Warkworth Castle and dramatic coastal sunsets. A fourth bedroom and an additional shower room complete the floor.

Property Information
- A refundable security deposit (£250.00) is required to safeguard against any damage, breakages, or breaches of house rules during your stay. This is added at the time of booking and is fully refundable within 7 days of checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or repairs are required.
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Pets must be kept off furniture and must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Additional cleaning charges may apply if required as a result of pet stays.
- Parties and group events are strictly not permitted.
- Special requests (e.g. early check-in, late check-out, extra amenities) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.
- Photo ID and a valid credit/debit card (or cash deposit) will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
